- Create the job
Start a job from an accepted quotation or from scratch. It moves through stages with a checklist at each one.
- Plan crew and equipment
Assign people and units from the free resources. Readiness is checked against certificates, competency, leave and unit status.
- Mobilise
Record people and units leaving base, arriving and coming back. Equipment is inspected at check-out and check-in, and manifests track what went out and what returned.
- Report each day
Capture the daily report: activities and non-productive time, crew time and equipment status. Actions from site meetings become To-Dos.
- Sign field tickets
Build the day's ticket, check it against the agreed rates and send it to the client's representative to sign by link or in person.
- Manage change
Raise management of change (MOC) requests through your approval chain, with the client acknowledgement recorded.
- Close out

- Bill and get paid
Bill from the signed field tickets, then record payments and see what is overdue.

Crew and certificates
Know who can go to site, and who cannot, before the job is mobilised.
- Each position lists the certificates it requires, and a person’s competency shows what is missing.
- Certificates show as valid, expiring soon or expired from their expiry date.
- Location certificates and rotation rest are checked for crew on operations jobs.
- Leave is part of the readiness check, so a person on leave is not planned onto a job.

Can I plan crew and equipment against certificates?
Yes. When you assign a person or a unit to a job, Plevar checks the certificates, competency, leave and status they need, and shows who is ready and who is not.
How do field tickets get signed?
The client's representative signs through a link, or you record the signature in person. A ticket can also carry a photo of the paper copy.
Does it cover HSE as well as operations?
Yes. HSE covers incidents, permits to work, inspections, PPE, inductions, medical fitness, emergency plans and monthly indicators, and it shares people, sites and certificates with the rest of Plevar.
Can I rent out equipment as well as run service jobs?
Yes. Equipment rental and jobs covers rate schedules, rental quotes and job tracking. Operations management adds the oilfield service workflow on top of it.
Can crew and managers use it on a phone?
